Dr. Ziad Baghdadi is a board certified specialist in Pediatric Dentistry, currently works as an associate Professor in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Manitoba teaching both undergraduate and graduate students, and has a background in dentistry for children (from birth up to age 18) spanning over 25 years.

After obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery (University of Damascus 1992), Ziad completed his specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Damascus in 1996, subsequently obtaining masters and PhD degrees in 1999, and 2002, respectively. He also holds master’s in public health from A. T. Still University, USA. He earned an additional Dental Specialty and Training Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from University of Manitoba and another PhD from the University of Saskatchewan, both in 2019. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

Dr. Ziad is also an active member of the Canadian and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Manitoba Dental Association, and the Canadian Association of Public Dentistry, presenting lectures during their scientific meetings. During his free time, Dr. Ziad enjoys watching his 2 sons playing soccer, and travelling with his wife and sons.

Ashley is the devoted Clinical Manager at Greenwoods Dental in BC. With a wealth of experience in the dental enterprise, she ensures the clean operation of the clinic and delivers top-notch patient care. Known for her management abilities and passion for dentistry, Ashley plays a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting the dental crew. Her pleasant demeanour and dedication to affected persons well-being make her a valuable asset to the practice. Ashley contributes to creating a refined and comfortable experience for every affected person at Greenwoods Dental through her information and warm approach.

Meet Christine, our Administrative Manager, a pivotal figure in our administrative team. She adeptly handles requests from our Reception staff and doctors while excelling in finances, claims, and contracts.

Outside the office, Christine leads a dynamic life. A gaming enthusiast, she immerses herself in virtual worlds, swipes through YouTube for inspiration, and occasionally adds a unique twist to her adventures by skydiving and exploring the depths through spelunking, sometimes even at the same time. When she is not conquering her professional and adventurous pursuits, she is devoted to taking care of her cherished feline companion.

Dr. D. K. Mittal is the sole owner of Greenwoods Dental and Surgical Centres. He founded Greenwoods Dental and Surgical Centre on 693 McPhillips St, Winnipeg in 2004 and then successfully established many other locations in Winnipeg, Vancouver, and Ontario.

He graduated in 1995 from the Prestigious Punjabi University, India and achieved Canadian accreditation in 1999 after taking advanced restorative courses from University of Western Ontario and successfully challenging the NDEB examinations. He then practiced clinical dentistry for Health Canada for 5 years in Northern Communities. Dr. D. K. Mittal has since then been practicing clinical dentistry in Winnipeg, MB, Canada.

He has been actively involved in upgrading to newer and advanced techniques in Laser Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Intravenous Conscious Sedation, Sinus Augmentation, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, Root Canals and many more. In his spare time, he likes to work out in the gym and loves playing the harmonica.
